Terms and Conditions of the Campaign

Organizer: The term "Organizer" or "Venchi HK" refers to Venchi HK Limited.

Campaign Period: This campaign is organized by Venchi HK and will run from now until 27th July, 2025, 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time) ("Campaign Period"). Any entries submitted outside the Campaign Period will be deemed invalid.

Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

How to Participate:

  1. Participants must submit the required personal information via the designated webpage.
  2. Participants must upload the generated image to a social media platform and tag @venchi_hk.
  3. Only online registration is accepted. Participation via other means (e.g., phone or email) is not allowed.

Redemption Rules:

  1. Each participant is entitled to one gift redemption only.
  2. All registration details and timestamps are based on server records.
  3. Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate. Venchi HK will verify the information provided during registration when redeeming gifts.

All gifts must be redeemed at Venchi stores in Hong Kong by July 31. Please note that the Harbour City, IFC Mall, Telford Plaza and World Trade Centre stores do not participate in this promotion.

In case of disputes, Venchi HK reserves the right to make the final decision.

Participant Responsibility: If a participant causes any loss to Venchi HK or third parties due to violations or illegal actions, the participant will be held fully legally responsible

Gifts: All gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

Personal Data Usage: By participating, participants agree to allow the Organizer to collect, process, and use their personal information for this and future marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability Disclaimer: The Organizer, its marketing partners, or any related parties bear no responsibility for any loss, damage (direct or indirect), or personal injury resulting from participation in this campaign or from receiving any prizes.

Fraud and Misconduct: Participants found using fake accounts, plug-ins, bots, or any unofficial methods to participate, or who disrupt or manipulate the campaign through any means, will have their entries and redemption rights revoked without notice.

Data Authority: All data related to this campaign is based on the records held by Venchi HK.

Final Interpretation: Venchi HK holds the ultimate right of interpretation for these terms and conditions. In the event of any disputes, Venchi HK's decision shall be final.

Agreement: Participation in this campaign signifies the participant’s agreement to all the above terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

  1. Venchi Hong Kong Limited cares about protecting and respecting your privacy. In order to serve you better and provide you with the best customer experience, we need to collect some personal data about you. This Privacy Policy will help you understand how we collect and use your personal data, who we share your personal data with, and how you can control the way your personal data is collected and used by us.
  2. Venchi Hong Kong Limited respects the privacy rights of users to the Company’s mobile app and of individuals who participate in, access or sign up to any of the Company's services, activities or online content including without limitation our business partners’ products and services (collectively referred to as "Services"). We endeavor to ensure that all our collection, transmission, storage and usage of personal data is carried out in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "PDPO"). By providing your personal data to us, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy.
  3. If you access or use our mobile app or register to join as a member of our Venchi membership ("Membership"), then this Privacy Policy is deemed to be agreed by you and will apply to you. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please stop using our mobile app, and do not apply for a Membership.
  4. Sometimes, we may send you a new notice to explain how we may use your personal data in specific situations, and will always give you the choice to opt out of such uses.
  5. Are you over 18?
  6. Our mobile app and Membership are only intended for people over the age of 18. However, if you are under the age of 18, you may only use our mobile app or apply for a Membership if this has been authorised by your parent or legal guardian and you have obtained their consent to use our mobile app, or become a Venchi Member, on the basis of this Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions
  7. If Venchi discovers member did not obtain the necessary content to us the App, Venchi reserves the right to suspend, vary or discontinue any promotion offers and services at anytime without further notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Venchi shall be final.
  8. What information we collect
  9. The mobile app requires Users to register or provide Personal Information to us in order to view our Services. Venchi collects Personally Identifiable Information which is information that can be used to identify you as an individual or allow someone to contact you, as well as information attributed with such information.
  10. If you choose to register as a Member of the Services, we collect the following information about you: first name, given name, phone number, date of birth, gender, email address, password, your membership number, Account status and activities relating to your Account and point balance; information about the Rewards you redeem. In addition, if you wish earn points for redemption, you may be further requested to provide postal mail, preference of shops, your shopping preferences and types of products you may be interested. We use the information you supply for the purpose of providing the services you have requested, and as described in this Policy.
  11. When you visit our mobile app
  12. We may use log files to automatically collect information about:
  13. your personal information such as first name, given name, phone number, date of birth, gender, email address, password, postal mail, preference of shops and point balance your preference such as the rewards you have redeem and the quantity of the redemption; product that you like your visits to our mobile app, such as your browsing history, how long you stay on our mobile app, and how often you visit; The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the mobile app, and gathering demographic information.
  14. How do we use your information?
  15. We will only use your personal data for the purposes set out below.
  16. (a) Account administration
  17. To help administer and maintain your Account, including:
  18. creating and updating your Account;
  19. verifying your identity;
  20. creating a single profile about you, including combining your information with any other
  21. personal data already held by us;
  22. processing Points issuance and Reward redemptions;
  23. sending you updates about new features and benefits relating to Membership; and
  24. (b) Customer support
  25. To assist you when you contact us, such as responding to and investigating any of your questions or concerns, and monitoring and improving our customer support services.
  26. (c) Marketing
  27. To provide you with marketing and promotional materials ("Marketing Communications") if you choose to receive them. Please see the section on Direct Marketing below for more information.
  28. (d) Personalisation
  29. To create personalised Marketing Communications tailored to your interests and preferences, and to provide you with the best possible customer experience in relation to our Site, App and your Membership. We may also use data analytics tools to determine whether our offers, advertisements and promotions are effective, as well as to determine whether you may be interested in new products or services, or to customise the content and types of offers, products, services and Rewards that we present to you.
  30. (e) Optimisation and improvements
  31. We may use your personal data to understand and improve our mobile app or Membership operations through various means, such as the use of analytics tools, research, surveys and feedback forms. This will enable us to enhance services or products, develop new
  32. features and benefits, and amend business, marketing and strategic operations and plans.
  33. (f) Legal and administration purposes
  34. We may use your personal data to investigate or handle any incidents, claims or disputes, or as otherwise required by law or requested by any law enforcement or regulatory authorities, courts or other governmental agencies. We may also use your personal data in relation to any legal proceedings concerning you.
  35. Sent to information sharing / third party advertising
  36. We work with our affiliates and other third parties who provide services including but not limited to Services operation, payment processing and authorization, data analysis, order fulfillment, client support, list enhancement and other administrative services. By becoming a Member, you give us consent to share your Personal Information with such third partes providers are located in foreign jurisdictions. We may share Personal Information with such third parties for the purpose of enabling these third parties to provide services to us. Such service providers may include client support specialists, webhosting companies, client data management and enhancement companies, payment processors, fulfillment companies (e.g., companies that fill product orders or coordinate mailings), data analysis firms and email service providers. Such third parties may be provided with access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions, but may not use such information for any other purpose. Except to the extent you have already opted out, we may transfer your Personal Information, to our affiliates for the purpose of enabling them to send promotional materials to you and conduct direct marketing activities in relation to their products and services.
  37. By using our mobile app, or applying to become a Member, you also give us consent to
  38. allow us to share your Personal Information, including your first name, given name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, as well as a record of any transactions you conduct on our Services or offline with us with a third-party advertising partner and its service providers in order to deliver to you banner advertisements and other advertising tailored to your interests when you visit other websites or app.
  39. Our advertising partner will make the data we provide to it anonymous. Since Venchi does not control these third party cookies, please check the privacy policy of the Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies. Note that if you delete your cookies or buy a new mobile, you will need to renew your opt-out choice.
  40. We may also disclose certain Personal Information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government, judicial or other legal request, or to comply with the law.
  41. Third party sites
  42. The Services may contain links to third-party websites. These linked sites are not under Venchi’s control and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the contents of any such linked site, or any link contained in any linked site. We provide such links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site by Venchi. If you provide any Personal Information through any such thirdparty website, your transaction will occur on the third party's website (not the Site) and the Personal Information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by, the privacy policy of that third party. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies and practices of any third parties.
  43. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT ADDRESS THE PRIVACY OR INFORMATION PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTIES.
  44. Sweepstakes / promotions
  45. The mobile app sometimes includes notices of sweepstakes or other promotions we are conducting, and we may permit you to enter electronically in some cases. If that occurs, we will use the information you provide for the purpose of conducting the promotion (e.g., to contact you if you are a winner in connection with a promotion). In addition, we may participate in internet related promotions sponsored by third parties. In these instances, if you are a participant in such promotions, we may provide certain Personal Information to these third parties in furtherance of the promotion. These parties have agreed to hold this information in confidence, not use it for any purpose except to carry out the requested service, and to honor our privacy and security policies in the way this information is handled.
  46. Market Research
  47. From time to time, the mobile app may also conduct questionnaires and surveys and we may contact you via email, postal mail, or phone. Survey information is treated like all of the information we collect, and it is used to help us improve the appeal of our products and our Services.
  48. Direct Marketing
  49. From time to time, the Company may use your personal data to send you news, offers, promotions and joint marketing offers and the Company requires your consent for that
  50. purpose. We may contact you by email, in-app notifications, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, text/picture/video message, telephone or postal mail.
  51. Your name, email address, telephone number, contact address, date of birth, gender, products and services portfolio information, transaction patterns and behaviors, browsing records, content viewing habits and personal interests held by the Venchi may be used by Venchi in direct marketing of the Services.
  52. If you prefer not to receive any direct marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by updating your preferences through an unsubscribe link provided in the email or e-mail us at hk.customerservice@venchi.com. Upon receipt of your request, we shall cease to so use your personal data as soon as possible without charge to you.
  53. 10. Updating, Deleting editing your member information
  54. A Member can access, review all of their personally identifiable information (except name and phone number) that was provided to us online by visiting the following Venchi’s mobile app. If a member wish to update anything (except name and phone number) about their profile, please send out your request to hk.customerservice@venchi.com If a Member wishes to have their account deleted, the Member can either click on the “Terminate” button in the app’s setting or send an email requesting the deletion to hk.customerservice@venchi.com. Upon member cancellation on Venchi Membership Account will be immediately terminated, and all accumulated Points and any Rewards that member have not collected will be forfeited. We will keep your personal data only for so long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless the law requires us to keep it for a longer period. Once we no longer need your personal data, we will either irreversibly anonymise or securely delete it on our servers.
  55. Jurisdiction
  56. The Services are controlled and operated by Venchi from Hong Kong, does not intend to collect Personal Information from residents of any country or jurisdiction other than Hong Kong, and is not intended to subject Venchi to the laws or jurisdiction of any other state, country or territory. Venchi does not represent or warrant that the Services, or any part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Services, do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. We may limit Service availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.
  57. Security
  58. The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We take all reasonable steps, including the implementation of technical and physical security measures, to ensure that all your personal data held by us is kept secure and safe from any loss or unauthorised disclosure, use and modification. All transactions under the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy are based on the encryption of data exchanged between you and us on our secure App. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please notify us of the problem as soon as possible by contacting us in accordance with Section 18 ("Contacting Us") below (note that if you choose to notify us via physical mail, this will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem). To safeguard your privacy, we need your help. When registering an account on the Services, please be sure to choose an account password that is difficult for others to guess, preferably a password you do not use on any other website or account, and never reveal it to anyone else.   67. Additionally, gift recipients may, from time to time, receive our latest catalog as well as offers from us regarding new products and services that we think may be of interest to them. We allow gift recipients the option to opt out of receiving future marketing related communications from us.   68. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that if you opt-out as described above, we
  69. will not be able to remove Personal Information about you from the databases of third parties with which we have already shared Personal Information as of the date that we implement your opt-out request. If you wish to cease receiving marketing-related e-mails from third parties, please contact such third parties directly or utilize any opt-out mechanisms set forth in their respective privacy policies or marketing-related e-mails.   1. General Terms and Conditions
  2. These terms and conditions govern your application to join Venchi’s membership. This mobile app is owned and operated by Venchi Hong Kong Limited ("Venchi", "we" or "us"). Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering to become a member of Venchi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  3. Joining Venchi Membership Program
  4. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended terms and conditions are effective from the date they are published on our site. Your continued access and use of our mobile app and our services shall represent your unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions.
  5. You can become a Venchi member if you have a Hong Kong mobile phone number, and are 18 years old. However, if you are under 18 years old you may become a Venchi member if this has been authorised by your parent or legal guardian and you have obtained their consent to become a Venchi member on the basis of these Terms. You confirm that all information provided by you to us is complete, accurate and up to date. Please update any changes in your personal details via the Profile section in the Venchi mobile app so that you are able to receive any communications we send you.
  6. To protect the interests of consumers, we have the right to determine whether or not to accept or reject your application for Venchi membership or otherwise discontinue your Venchi Account immediately, for any reason and without any liability to you. Upon member discontinue on Venchi Membership Account, all accumulated Points and any Rewards that member have not collected will be forfeited. For the personal data, Venchi will either irreversibly anonymise or securely delete it on our servers.
  7. Your Venchi Account
  8. You will only become a member of Venchi and can only enjoy the benefits provided to Venchi members after you complete your registration and we grant you a membership ("Venchi Account").
  9. Your Venchi Account is personal to you and only you can accumulate Venchi Points (“Points”), or redeem Points in return for products, services, discounts, gifts or vouchers ("Rewards"), or receive any other benefits or offers in relation to your Venchi Account. You cannot sell, exchange, transfer or assign your Venchi Account or Points to anyone else. Multiple Venchi memberships cannot be used to earn Points or redeem rewards in relation to the same transaction.
  10. You must open the Venchi member ID page in the Venchi App to use the membership; a screenshot of the page is not accepted.
  11. Earning Venchi Points
  12. Once your Venchi Account has been activated, you can use it to accumulate Points on your Venchi Account based on your spending at any selected store belonging to our Venchi from whom you can earn Points or redeem Rewards in Hong Kong and complete various Missions. However, certain products or services are excluded from Venchi Points, and you cannot earn any Points based on your purchase of such excluded items. The excluded items shall be determined by us from time to time.
  13. In order for the Points to be awarded to your account, every time you shop at Venchi Hong Kong shop, present your Venchi member ID (your unique QR Code that shows in the Venchi App).
  14. After you have successfully registered, you will earn a minimum of 1 (one) Point for each $1 (One Hong Kong Dollar, as applicable) you spend on the purchase of selected products or services at any selected Venchi store in Hong Kong. Please note that on the occasion of particular events and special happenings (by way of example but not limited to birthdays, or special holidays, etc) we may award special Points value multipliers which will be announced in advance to users through the App.
  15. The Points you earn will be credited to your Venchi Account within 5 minutesof your purchase. In some circumstances, there may be a delay in updating your Venchi Points balance, but we will endeavor to reflect the latest balance as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, your Points earned from the corresponding purchase shall be deducted from your Venchi Account.
  16. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or be purchased.
  17. Each tier has a required number of Status Points you must meet within any 12 month period. The benefits of your new tier are valid for 12 months from the date you reach that tier. The benefits of the previous tier will then expire.
  18. Offers
  19. Subject to your consent obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may use your personal data to provide you with tailored and personalised offers and promotions in relation to your Venchi Account, the accumulation of Points and/or the Rewards ("Your Personalised Offers") and to send Your Personalised Offers directly to you via your preferred communication channel.
  20. Your Personalised Offers will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be posted on our mobile app, or otherwise notified to you.
  21. Your Personalised Offers are for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other member of Venchi or a third party. If despite this, you do share Your Offer with another party, once it is used by such party it will no longer be available for your use.
  22. Redeeming Rewards
  23. You can use the Points credited to your Venchi Account in order to redeem Rewards offered by us in relation to Venchi. The number of Points needed to redeem each Reward will be specified by us and shown in app, from time to time. You can see the Points required for each available Reward via our mobile app.
  24. The Rewards that can be redeemed by you in relation to your Venchi Account shall be prescribed, amended, provided, offered or terminated, from time to time, at our sole discretion, without any liability to you.
  25. Once you have spent your Points to redeem a Reward, you cannot return or exchange the Reward.
  26. All Rewards are non-transferable and you may not request an alternative Reward (cash or otherwise).
  27. You can check your Points balance at any time using the App.
  28. Any Points you earn are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others. We reserve the right to cancel or deduct any Points awarded to you if: the Points were added to your account in relation to items which you subsequently return to the store for a refund; the Points were awarded in error, or as a result of a claim that we subsequently determine was invalid or fraudulent; or if we reasonably determine that you have acted in bad faith and taken unfair advantage of the Promotion.
  29. Keeping Your Venchi Account Secure
  30. Please keep your password for your Venchi Account safe at all times. We also recommend that you update your password regularly. Please notify us immediately via hk.customerservice@venchi.comor +852 2337 1380 if there has been any unauthorized use of your Venchi Account or you have lost your Venchi Account.
  31. Changes to Venchi Membership
  32. We have the right to make changes to any feature of Venchi membership at any time, including (without limitation) in relation to any promotions, benefits or offers, any Rewards, any accumulation or redemption of Points, the online registration process, the manner in which Venchi is operated or run, the Partners, the Participating Outlets, the excluded items, the eligible transactions and/or the App. We will notify you of any major changes to any feature of Venchi membership by emailing you or by posting a notice on our mobile app. By continuing to use your Venchi Account after we have provided the notice, you agree to our amendments. If you do not agree to these amendments, you will have the option of cancelling your Venchi Account at any time.
  33. Changes to Our Terms
  34. From time to time, we may update these Terms. We will notify you of any major changes to these Terms by emailing you or by posting a notice in our mobile app. By continuing to use your Venchi Account after we have provided the notice, you agree to our amended terms. If you do not agree to these amendments, you will have the option of cancelling your Venchi Account at any time.
  35. Account Termination
  36. You have the right to cancel your Venchi Account at any time and for any reason via our App, or by emailing us at hk.customerservice@venchi.com or +852 2337 1380. Upon your cancellation, your Venchi Account will be immediately terminated, and all accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will be forfeited. If we plan to terminate Venchi membership for any reason, we will provide at least 3 months' prior notice, by posting the notice on our App . Any accumulated Points that are not used or any Rewards that have not been collected before the date of termination shall be forfeited.
  37. If we reasonably believe that you have breached any of these Terms, we may terminate your Venchi Account (with or without notice) and/or seek to recover from you any damages and losses suffered by us or our Partners. All accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will be forfeited. You may need to re-apply for a new membership with another mobile number. if you wish to re-join Venchi membership.
  38. Your Venchi Account is linked to your mobile phone number. Only one Venchi Account can be linked to a mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you must re-apply for a new membership. All accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will not be transferred.
  39. If we reasonably believe that your mobile phone number has been transferred to a third party or you have deactivated your mobile phone number, then we have the right to cancel your Venchi Account linked to this mobile phone number (without notice). All accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will not be forfeited.
  40. Upon the cancellation of your Venchi Account in accordance with the foregoing, all accumulated Points and any Rewards that you have not collected will be forfeited. You will need to re-apply for a new membership using a new mobile phone number if you wish to re-join Venchi membership .
  41. Resolving Any Disputes
  42. These Terms and any dispute or matter arising out of or in relation to them, or in relation to Venchi membership, Points, Rewards, Your Personalised Offers, your Venchi Account, our mobile app, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both you and Venchi Hong Kong Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  43. General Terms
  44. If any of these Terms are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, it will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect as if these Terms had been made without the invalid, illegal or unenforceable term.
  45. These Terms and our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referred to herein and/or posted on our mobile app, contain the entire agreement between you and us. A failure or delay by us to exercise any right or act upon a breach under these Terms will not be a waiver of that right or breach. Any waiver by us of any of our rights or of a breach of these Terms must be in writing, and such waiver is limited to the particular right or breach stated in it.
  46. These Terms are personal to you, and you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer our rights or obligations to any third party without your consent.
  47. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) shall not under any circumstances apply to these Terms.
  48. Language
  49. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are written in the English language and may be translated into Chinese or any other languages. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
  50. Intellectual Property Rights
  51. All rights, title, interest, copyright, trademark rights, domain names, design rights, goodwill and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world (of any kind whatsoever) subsisting in Venchi, our mobile app and any information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them, are owned by us and/or our licensors. You shall not obtain any rights, title or interests in them, and shall not modify, copy, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on them (either in whole or in part). You agree that any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide to us is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use it (or not use it) as we see fit, and without any obligation to you.   8. 賺取 Venchi 積分

  11. 在你已同意我們的私隱政策的規限下，我們可以使用你的個人資料為你提供與 Venchi 帳戶、累積積分及/或獎賞相關的特定專屬優惠及促銷活動（以下簡稱「你的個性化優惠」），並透過你所選擇的通訊方式直接向你發送你的個性化優惠。你的個性化優惠將受附加條款及細則所約束，此等條款及細則將在我們的網站及/或手機應用程式上發佈，或以其他方式通知你。你的個性化優惠僅供你個人專享，不能與其他 Venchi 會員或第三方分享。如你與第三方分享優惠並被對方使用，你將無法再使用該項優惠。
  12. 兌換獎賞
  13. 你可以使用你的 Venchi 帳戶內的積分來兌換我們提供的有關 Venchi 的獎賞。兌換每項獎賞所需的積分數量將由我們不時指定。你可以透過我們的手機應用程式查看每項獎賞所需的積分和積分餘額。

  15. 確保你的 Venchi 帳戶的安全
  16. 無論於任何時候，你須妥善保管你的 Venchi 帳戶密碼及個人身份驗證碼。我們亦建議你定期更換密碼。如你的 Venchi 帳戶被其他人擅自使用或你丟失了你的 Venchi 會員，請立即透過發電郵到 hk.customerservice@venchi.com 或致電+852 2337 1380 通知我們。
  17. Venchi 的變更

  22. 你有權隨時以任何理由透過我們的網站或應用程式取消你的 Venchi 帳戶，或者透過發電郵到 hk.customerservice@venchi.com 或致電+852 2337 1380 通知我們取消你的Venchi 的帳戶。取消帳戶後，所有累積積分及尚未領取的獎賞將會作廢。如我們基於任何原因擬訂終止 Venchi，我們將在至少三個月前，透過我們的網站或手機應用程式作出公佈。計劃終止日期前未兌換的積分或未領取的獎賞將會作廢。在合理情況下，如我們認為你違反了任何此等條款，我們可能會暫停或終止你的 Venchi帳戶（無論有否通知），以及/或向你追回我們或我們的合作夥伴因而承受的任何損害及損失。你的 Venchi 帳戶須與你的手機號碼連結。一個手機號碼只能連結一個 Venchi 帳戶。如你更改手機號碼，則必須重新申請新的會籍。所有累積的積分和您尚未收集的任何獎賞將不會被轉移。如我們在合理情況下相信你的手機號碼已轉讓給第三方或你的手機號碼已停用， 我們則有權取消與此手機號碼連結的 Venchi 帳戶（恕不另行通知），並為此手機號碼新的持有人創建另一個 Venchi 帳戶。根據上述規定取消你的 Venchi 帳戶後，所有累積積分將會作廢和您尚未收集的任何獎賞將不會被轉移。如想重新加入 Venchi，你需要使用新的手機號碼申請新的會籍。
  23. 爭議的解決
  24. 此等條款及由此引起或與其相關的任何爭議或事宜，或與 Venchi、積分、獎賞、你的個性化優惠、你的 Venchi 帳戶、我們的手機應用程式有關的任何爭議或事宜，均受香港特別行政區法例管轄並按其詮釋。閣下及 Venchi 均同意接受香港特別行政區法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
  25. 一般條款
  26. 如任何此等條款被任何具有司法管轄權的法院或法庭裁定為無效、非法或不可執行，此等條款將會被分割，而其餘下條款將繼續完全有效，猶如此等條款是在沒有無效、非法或不可執行的條款的情況下訂立。此等條款和我們的私隱政策，以及本文提及的及/或在我們的網站或應用程式上公佈的任何其他條款及細則，包含你與我們之間的完整協議。我們未能或延遲根據此等條款行使任何權利或對違約採取行動，並不意味著豁免該項權利或違約。我們對此等條款的任何權利或違約的任何豁免必須以書面形式作出，並且該豁免僅限於其中所述的特定權利或違約。此等條款是你的個人權利，你不得轉移你在此等條款下的任何權利或義務。我們可以無需你的同意將我們的權利或義務轉讓予任何第三方。在任何情況下，《合約（第三者權利）條例》（第 623 章）不適用於此等條款
  27. 語言
  28. 此條款及細則和我們的私隱政策是用英文編寫，可以翻譯成中文或任何其他語言。如英文版本與任何翻譯版本之間有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。
  29. 知識產權
  30. Venchi、我們的手機應用程式、以及與此相關並提供或執行的任何資料、內容、材料及/或服務中在全球任何地方存在的所有權利、所有權、利益、版權、商標權、域名、設計權、商譽及任何其他知識產權（無論任何類型），均歸我們及/或我們的許可人所有。你不得獲得它們的任何權利、所有權或權益，也不得修改、複製、出租、租賃、出借、出售、分發或基於它們創作衍生作品（全部或部分）。你同意向我們提供的任何意見、評論或建議都是完全出於自願，而我們將根據 Venchi 認為合適的方式自由使用（或不使用），並且對你沒有任何義務。
